*This role is India-based, supporting primarily the APJC region.* This role would require the resource to have quick bias for action, stellar work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence and would also require to maintain a flexible schedule to support stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key job responsibilities
• Execute cases at all stages of the Pivot cycle
• Facilitate appeal process independently including the compilation of appeal documents
• Facilitate career and performance conversations to provide information, facilitate decisions, and mediate conflicting perspectives; Advise without directing, allowing others to realize their own answers and solution and own their choices
• Serve as an escalation point for managers and HRBPs, managing difficult conversations with multiple levels within the organization
• Respond quickly and accurately to questions from customers, team, and internal business partners
• Collaborate with team members in ongoing process improvements to meet business objectives
• Record and maintain case data, ensuring quality through regular audits; collect data and pull reports from HR tools
• Prioritize multiple inputs in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Build and own trusting relationships with employees and key business and HR partners stakeholders in the region
• Provide recommendations to proactively address systemic defects
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- 5-7 years overall work experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, employee relations, or similar fields
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
- Solutions-focused and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential matters with employees and/or stakeholders that are not in your reporting line
- Experience working with corporate workforce
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Knowledge of employment law and other federal and state laws covering discrimination and equal opportunities
- Knowledge of HR systems and solutions
- Ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, across geographies and business units
- Experience working in highly confidential environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
