JOB SUMMARY
Design CNC manufacturing program of core and cavity block of plastic injection mold, slide core, insert, lifters, CAP, light guide tools with UG NX independently, with no cutter mark on electrode surface after CNC manufacturing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design CNC 3 axis manufacturing program of core and cavity block, slide core, insert for battery cover, CAP, light guide tools with UG independently.
· Design electrode model of core and cavity block for plastic injection mold, CAP, light guide tools with UG NX independently.
· Self-inspection of finished manufacturing program.
· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
. Able to perform CAM for WEDM machines.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
· Familiar with UG and Veri-cut software for designing tool components manufacturing program.
· Familiar with tool structure.
. Selection for VMC cutters.
. GD&T knowledge required.
. Drafting knowledge required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Associate degree or above
· Tooling or mechanical major
· Minimum 2 to 5 Years related experience
· Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
