Design delegated elements of M/E/P systems to concept stage meeting business, statutory legal and contractual requirements for government programs with an ensuing role of technical assurance.
You’ll be responsible for:
Delivers delegated elements of the developing design as per contract requirements.
Proactively ensures training requirements are kept up to date and statutory and regulatory requirements are explored.
Contributes with business improvement directives where applicable.
Engages with company directives around C2P, digital and net zero carbon.
Supports with the production of reporting information and analysis.
Utilises developed knowledge, skills and experience in architectural design to provide necessary support and analysis for team/area.
Contributes to providing analysis and recommendations for process/continuous improvements.
May provide informal guidance and/or support to more junior roles.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in civil.
Basic ability to utilise Revit software and associated digital tools.
Experience of projects of a similar nature.
