We are looking for an Cad Analyst to join our Occupancy Planning and Management team.

What this job involves

• Create, update or review master drawing files in accordance with redlined drawings and other provided instructions
• Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness
• Ensure that all documents follow JLL standards and layering formats
• Create attributed polylines for space allocation tracking and/or charge backs
• Capture required changes to layout, polylines and labels
• Load drawings into relevant Computer Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) platform
• Capture required changes to attribution within CAFM System (e.g. Space category, Space type, Space standard, Employee name, Room Name, and Organization code)
• Provide drawings as per instruction including hard copy or digital requests
• Perform test fit per redlined drawings and provided instructions
• Ensure relevant stakeholder updates on completion of these tasks
• Assist in implementation of CAFM system for new clients

Desired skills and experience for this job

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• 2 to 4 years of CAD/CAFM Technical and Project-Related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.  Strong understanding of occupancy planning, architectural design.,
• A strong working knowledge of CAFM Systems
• Literacy in reading and interpreting floor plans
• AutoCAD, Bim 360, Revit
• Excellent MS skills including: Power Point, Excel, Access, Word.
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to communicate ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Program management skills coupled with the ability to profitably execute and deliver.
• Must have a strong understanding of the Occupancy Planning discipline.
• Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions.
• Ability to facilitate conflict resolution - internally and externally.
• Ability to develop relationships that can lead to long term assignments.
• Strong ability to collaborate with others.

Reporting

Major requirements for you will be to get familiar with CAD drawings, changes , update etc , should be able to keep track of such changes  for reporting You’ll work closely with clients to reconcile discrepancies
