Job DescriptionPRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with monthly time certification surveys for purpose of calculating billable administration fees of various funds.Prepare wire forms for capital calls and analyzing the distribution notices.Assist with preparation of different trackers for various investment activities.Assist with monthly/quarterly close process and preparation/review of various financial statement accounts balance reconciliations and workpapers.Manage daily cash activities for various funds, including processing of invoices/payments, depositing of checks, and posting to the general ledger.Prepare/Review monthly cash and position reconciliations for various funds.Assist with preparation/review of US GAAP financial statements for monthly reporting and quarterly and annual SEC filings.Collaborate with team members to manage monthly and quarterly expense allocation and recovery functions between investment funds.Interaction across the organization, including communications with external fund administrators, investor relations, operations, tax, and financial reporting.Work with the tax team to administer timely and thorough payment of tax estimates and liabilities for all legal entities that require special handling.Assist with testing of design and operating effectiveness of the controls defined and finalized for the relevant business areas.Communicate the results of the testing and discuss any potential flags with the audit leadsDraft the language of the issues if any identified based on the testing performed and discuss it with the audit leads.Assist in conducting meetings/interviews with the management to understand the process and requisite controls mapped to the business scope area.QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREDPursuing Chartered Accountancy (Intermediate Clear-Both Groups)Availability for 12 months of Industrial TrainingInterest in financial services industryGood academic track record and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Reporting RelationshipsThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
