Your Role and Responsibilities
Who you are:
A Business Transformation Consultant assigned to this position is expected to have the knowledge in the areas of Finance Transformation including finance process redesign, digital transformation, Financial Planning and Forecasting, Shared Services Assessment and Design, Target Operating Model Design needed to ensure the successful delivery of advisory services and leading to high client satisfaction.

What you’ll do:
This position requires the skills needed to test hypotheses and conclusions leading to the development of innovative client deliverables in a manner that supports and reinforces effective teaming within the engagement. This position is required to be client-facing, with primary requirement to drive project delivery in the Finance area spanning across strategy, process, advanced analytics and finance digital solutions.




Required Technical and Professional Expertise Academic background:
  • CA/CMA/CFA/MBA in Finance (with commerce background preferably)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Good knowledge of finance processes
  • Basic understanding of tools / applications used in industry
  • 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience
  • Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting qualitative & quantitative information, and deriving strategies, cost take out opportunity identification etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong oral & written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Travel will be expected and required for all client facing conversations, projects etc.
