About the role:

• Plan core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.
• Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
• Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
• Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.
• Translate user requirements to development team features and user stories.

Prophet is a leading risk management platform used by the financial services industry around the world to model companies’ financial business. Our team is working on a greenfield Prophet SaaS project. Join one of multinational Scrum teams on a product that offers Accounting to Insurance companies. What you will be doing:

• Deliver working solutions to our clients.
• Build an understanding of the product on a technical and functional level, understand the context of our clients, participate in solution design, drive development and testing activities, deliver solutions that address the business needs of our clients.
• Work closely with the Solution Architect and QA Engineers to ensure effective coordination during the project development and delivery processes
• Actively participate in the relevant SCRUM rituals within your team (Planning Meeting, Stand-up, Retrospective, Demo, Backlog review meetings, etc.).
• Develop new, enhance and configure existing features for the project/product.
• Develop automated testing (unit and integration test) participate (and automate) functional testing.

What you bring:

• Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Participate in requirements gathering, features, user stories creation
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
• Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, strong initiative, good time management skills
• Enthusiastic, team-building attitude, good communication skills
• Willing to work in/build an Agile team
• Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
• Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
• Excellent knowledge of English
