Ensuring smooth running of the business as per set Business Modules/ Operating Principles.Actively directing the Sales Team to achieve individual as well as Business Line Targets.Facilitating the Commercial Team and Regional FP&A Team in compiling the Annual Operation Planning (AOP)Facilitating the Pricing Team and the Commercial Team for compiling Margin Improvement PlanHandling Key customer requirements - Pricing, Account Receivables, Cash Discounts, Problem solving.Distributor Management – Coordinating for Agreements, Bank Guarantees, Problem Solving •Marketing & Sales Audits – Handle Internal and External Audit requirements.Supporting the Sales Director with various reports related to Sales, Margins, Opportunity Pipeline, and assisting with data collection for presentations.Resolving queries from Commercial Team, Regional Teams (Pricing, FP&A, Product Management) regarding pricing, margins etc.Training – Key user for the new tools introduced pertaining to Commercial and training the Team.Excellent Communication Skills, Relationship Management – As coordination required with:Customers/ DistributorsCommercial TeamCustomer Service TeamSupply ChainFinance TeamLegal TeamGlobal Shared ServiceRegional Team – FP&AProduct ManagementPricing Auditors – Internal and ExternalExpertise in the following tools: oSAPTableauSales ForceOutlookExcelPower Pointo Teams
