Resident Communication: Maintain regular contact with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their needs are met.


Team Management: Ensuring team handling the residents request in a proper and timely manner. Updating the site incharge of all the daily, weekly and monthly reports.


Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate resident and prospect information. Owner's as well as tenant management data is maintained and updated from time to time.


Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to generate more revenue for sites and retain existing ones.


Event Planning: Organize community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging among residents.


Feedback Collection: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve resident experiences and services.


Meetings: Organising all the residents meeting and preparing Mom's of the same and following up with the different maintenance departments for the timely updates.


Agreements/Contracts Renewals: Manage the Agreements/Contracts renewal process, including negotiations and paperwork.


Resident Retention: Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and reduce turnover.


Training: Provide training to site staff members on CRM best practices and customer service skills.


Technology Adoption: Stay updated on CRM software advancements and implement new features to improve efficiency.


Compliance: Ensure all resident interactions and data management comply with relevant laws and regulations.


Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve resident complaints and conflicts professionally and efficiently. Handle all the escalations and work directly with operations team for all such conflicts.


Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on occupancy rates, resident satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.


Budget Management: Manage budgets related to resident relations and CRM activities.
