What you will do:


  1. Implement SAP Concur for our customers in India and across the APAC / EMEA regions.
  2. Gather functional & business requirements from customers, evaluate their needs, create system design and configuration while working closely with Concur PM & Technical resources.
  3. Be part of a cloud consulting team focused on faster and simplified deployments by advising customers on the industry standard best practices.
  4. Adhere to the project management principles for successfully initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing projects:
    1. Use of a timeline/effort based Project Plan
    2. Documentation of Sign offs – Requirement/Validation/Go Live
    3. Risk management - identify, assess, and mitigate risks. Develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project success.
    4. Communicate deliverable status to Internal and External stakeholders by means of status reports/calls.
    5. Work with the customer to conduct UAT and Issue logging/tracking
    6. Support customer on Change management and manage post Go-live Hyper Care
  5. Adhere to Concur SOP's to transition customers from implementation to Production Support.
  6. Deliver customized training sessions for client stakeholders, empowering them to manage training for the larger user base/end users on effectively
  7. Stay updated on the latest SAP Concur features and functionalities, leverage to enhance client solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Work with Indian/ European/Australian customers in their respective time zones

What you bring:


  1. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with willingness to learn on the job.
  2. Genuinely happy to work with the customer and help them with a positive attitude and showing empathy towards the customer.
  3. Effective communication and presentation skills.
  4. Experience in Product Implementation (Solution design, Configuration, Testing and Product rollout) preferred.
  5. Experience of 3-5 with Customer Facing experience of at least 2 years
  6. Technology Background:  BE/BTech/BSc IT/BCA/MCA
