SAP Enterprise Cloud Services is building the bridge for SAP on premise customers towards SAP cloud. 

SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery is the operations organization, which offers and provides real-time cloud platform, infrastructure and managed services focusing on fast time-to-value at reduced cost and risk. 

We are looking for a Business Process and Performance Manager (f/m/d) to join the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services – Projects and Services team to support Process Optimization and automation.

What you’ll do

• Analyze current business processes (Event and Incident) to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Design, implement and drive process optimization and improvements in the area of Event and Incident Management, using data driven approaches or continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to map processes, document workflows, and standardize procedures.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Prepare and present regular key performance indicator performance reports to leadership, outlining key insights and areas for improvement.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer or Natural Science required from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of professional experience in a similar function with focus on processes and IT operations
• Proven experience in process manager or a similar process related role
• Very high proficiency in Process optimization, communication and Management presentations is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on achieving measurable improvements.
• Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of business operations and expertise in process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)

SAP ECS Delivery is the operational organization of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) which offers and provides real-time cloud platform, infrastructure and managed services focusing on fast time-to-value at reduced cost and risk. Our team is part of the ECS Cross Delivery Unit, which is a sub-unit of the ECS Delivery. The ECS Cross Delivery Unit is taking care of all cross topics which are necessary to smoothly run the business, like Cross Projects, Process Management, Reporting, Security, Monitoring and Data Quality Management. In the Project and Services team, we are focusing on optimization and automation of processes used by the whole ECS Delivery organization. In our team you will be part of an expert group located in Bangalore.
