We’re looking for a Business Process Lead—someone who is brilliant, value-driven, and ready to take end-to-end ownership of the Customers’ Digital Experience in the APAC region. You’ll work closely with our portfolio brands (COS, Arket, &Other Stories, Weekday, and Monki) to enhance customer experiences and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with multiple product teams internally, and with our external partners to identify business impact and continuously improve daily operations.
• Support on Marketplace/partner/vendor contracts to secure stability in IT operations, ensuring the Service providers are adhering to follow the Incident & Problem SLA’s & KPI’s.
• Support the Product Team in developing a strong understanding of the product and define appropriate business, product and quality metrics and key success indicators (Service Level Metrics & Product Level Metrics).
• Responsible for the operational side of our products which is closely connected to incident and problem management as well as continuous development and improvements.
• Responsible for business process performance and improvements of the area, enhancing prioritization with process knowledge to achieve outcomes
• Identify the necessary change management needs and coordinate execution of changes on business and operation.
• Accountable to re-imagine business processes and translate strategic outcomes and value stream roadmaps into new competitive and flexible processes.
• Accountable to safeguard the business process perspective on value stream roadmap
• Define change management approach for process changes and value stream roadmap

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

​​As a Business Process Lead, you will be in the centre of the action where product meets business. You will be working and delivering value as part of the Partnership team located in Bangalore. You will work closely with Product Managers, Operation functions, Tech functions, Business teams and other stakeholders, ensuring that the product development and operations are in line with the business needs and agreed operational goals.  

WHO YOU ARE​

We are looking for people with…

• 6+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or marketplace businesses, with a deep understanding of key business processes such as customer order management, product information and merchandising, logistics and warehousing, and accounting.
• Expertise in business and process transformation, with a strong track record of designing and implementing improvements.
• Knowledge of change management best practices, including tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead large-scale initiatives, communicate effectively, and develop strategic plans.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience, with a proven ability to drive change in large organizations.
