Project Role : Business Process Designer
Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary: As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and improve workflows, identify inefficiencies in existing processes, propose solutions to optimize effectiveness, collaborate with business users to define product requirements, and design continuous monitoring for process refinement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Design and implement process improvement strategies. - Lead process optimization initiatives. - Develop detailed product requirements and use cases. - Implement continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of business process analysis. - Experience in workflow optimization. - Knowledge of process automation tools. - Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
