Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.  Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes, create documentation for process implementation, define product requirements, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Develop innovative business process solutions - Lead process improvement initiatives - Conduct process audits and identify areas for enhancement Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotives - Strong understanding of process design and optimization - Experience in business process modeling tools - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards - Ability to analyze complex business processes Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotives. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
