Job Description


Role Purpose:


The "Business Process Analyst" is part of the Optimization, Enablement and Governance. We work with our stakeholders (customers, distributor Partner, country teams and Business Process Owners) to lead process optimization and enhancement followed by Continuous Improvement and potential Automation. We manage stakeholder and customer experience on every interaction and reduce transactional efforts by efficient processes which help to expedite issue resolution and enhance ease of doing business with us.


Analyse, plans and implements process improvement needs. Evaluate and model existing processes. Organise, leads and facilitate projects. Identify improvement options. Develop metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify cause problems. Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls. Manage resources, including cross-functional members, to implement projects. Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Deploy plans from conception through to close. Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses.

  • Transition Processes and delivers highest level of service quality to our internal and external customers promptly.
  • Reduce customer efforts and enhance productivity by process improvements.
  • Improve the process by using different CI and Lean methodologies.
  • Ensure the ecosystem for potential automation.
  • Improve process to facilitate all stakeholders.
  • Enhance competency level by a well planned approach.

Experience and Education:


  • Full-time Bachelor's Degree mandatory.
  • Minimum 2-5 years' of experience as Business Process Analyst.
  • Expertise with SAP – CRM, ERP, ECC.
  • Knowledge in MS Office suite and other productivity applications.
  • Alternative positioning.
  • Analytical and conceptual expertise.
  • Ability to work within guardrails.
  • Desired - CI & Lean Awareness.

Information Processing Capability (Factors of Complexity):


  • Guide the enhancement of measurement methodologies.
  • Plan, documentation, analysis and business requirement management techniques.
  • Create the business requirement document.
  • Administrative and reporting abilities.
  • Determine which tasks/steps is best fit for Automation.
  • Have a business-oriented vision.
  • Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements.
  • Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information thoughtfully.
  • Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
  • Ownership- Owns business and technical requirements.
  • Next issue avoidance.
  • Collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
