1. Owner of Regional Business Operations with responsibility for the respective region and reporting from a multi level organization with focus on achieving the Business revenue ​

   
   

2. Operational management of and accountability for Business Operations in reginal CSO’s, leading coaching the BOP organization with a mindset of positive leadership​

   
   

3. Continuous improvement of regional Business support organization and realization of a lean setup according to blueprint. ​

   
   

4. Ensure high quality of services as defined in Global Service Catalog with user and customer orientation along with global best practices​

   
   

5. Drive business process standardization, improvement, and automation (including RPA, workflow automation, process mining, regional reporting automation) in close collaboration with Excellence teams​

   
   

6. Taking ownership of change management and culture development​

   
   

7. Active support in development of BOP strategic topics, leading global projects within BOP, working out procedures of new BOP topics / tasks, regional representative in steering committees for various strategic topics​

   
   

8. Support and implementation of central projects & BOP concepts and application of central guidelines & templates​

   
   

9. Collaboration incl. regular input & alignment with BOP Center of Competence, all stakeholders in region & external partners​
