We have an exciting opportunity for you to enhance your career as a Billing Analyst, contributing to the financial integrity of our innovative blockchain solutions.


As a Billing Analyst within the Chief technology Office team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and verifying transactions to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Your contributions will drive financial integrity and operational efficiency, supporting the growth and success of our blockchain solutions.


Job responsibilities


  • Review and verify the accuracy of billing invoices and related documentation
  • Manage billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with clients or internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing procedures and improve efficiency
  • Generate regular reports on billing activities and financial performance
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Experience in the Financial services industry or Accounting industry
