Veritas’ Customer Success Organization is responsible for ensuring that Veritas’ customers are successfully exceeding the value of their investment in Veritas solutions and coordinating the company focus on the end-to-end customer relationship. The team includes Customer Success Management, Business Critical Services, Global Customer Support, Global Technical Enablement, and Licensing Services.
- The role of VLS Sr Business Operations Analyst is to support Veritas Licensing Services (VLS) function in the proactive engagement of partners and customers to ascertain compliance with Veritas licensing policies and guidelines
- This role reports into Business Operations in recognition of the role that compliance plays in the maintenance of long-term relationships with our customer.
- We expect the VLS Operations Analyst and all members of the VLS team to be able to manage customer relationship while communicating, educating, and upholding our compliance standards.
- This role requires excellent data analytic skills, project management and administrative skills, along with an eye for detail. You will need the ability to understand licensing models and polices and be able to apply these to a large, diverse set of customers and partners.
- Knowledge of company organizational structures and procurement processes would be very beneficial.
Description
- Support various compliance activities conducted by the global VLS organization. These can range from Direct audits to customer self-assessments.
- Aid compliance managers with profiling accounts
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via email and telephone whilst engaged in compliance related activities.
- Respond queries to the VLS team and resolve and identified issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform analysis of entitlement data and extract relevant Targets for VLS
- Day to day business operations
Minimum Required Skills include:
- Graduate from any discipline.
- Well versed with MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint with experience in data analytics, market analysis or reporting
- Proven ability to deliver results against a specific set of goals
- Ability to communicate cross functionally
- Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, learn autonomously, and highly organized
- Demonstrated ability working independently and applying exceptional creativity in solving open-ended problems.
- Ability to think outside the box
- Good Communication skills and readiness for late night calls
