Job Title : Business Manager - West & North India

Purpose of the Position:
This position is to manage AN-EN Methionine business and customer relationship in India
Be the first contact to existing and new potential customers and to enhance relationship to the customers
Business reporting on customer activities, development, economic and business environment referring dedicated customers
To achieve profitable balance between price and volume in the India market
Identify existing and new customer needs so as to sell and stimulate demand for products and services in a given geographic area in line with defined sales targets and policies
To manage market channel strategy, including key accounts and distribution partners in a given geographic area in order to meet agreed budget.
Key Responsibilities
Collection on market intelligence (customers' and competition's activities)
Build and execute a strong account plan for customers who dominate a substantial market share in the country
Submission of timely customers' call reports after visit and product forecast
Timely follow up on overdue / AR
Actively in search of customers' opportunities (in form of business development, amino service, NVC, etc) and build a sustainable opportunity pipeline in accordance to Regional PL head's direction
Execute the agreed volume and pricing plan in accordance to PL head's direction.
Education & Experience required:
BVSC/MVSC in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Sc. /Science graduate - Agriculture & Animal Husbandry with degree in business management preferered, minimum experience in relevant field 5 -10 years.
