Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with the COO team as well as control partners (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit and Regulatory Affairs)
- Build close partnerships with the Wholesale and Institutional leadership and sales teams
- Support / lead the vendor invoice processes
- Assist with Travel and Expense submissions (T&E)
- Policy review along with ensuring proper compliance with policies and procedures
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned
Your skills and experience
- Strong verbal and written abilities
- Project management and organizational acumen
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active and ability to work independently
- Regulatory/Compliance experience a plus
- Self- motivated and enthusiastic team player, able to work with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Salesforce experience is a plus
