Business Line Controller

Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Business Controller for its Business Area (BA)/ Business Lines (BL) for Zone India (covers India, Bangladesh & Adjacent countries of Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives & Bhutan)

Position Summary: Design and accompany the management process of goal-finding, planning and controlling and thus co-responsible for reaching the business objectives along with Business Area (BA)/Business Line (BL) Manager

Position Location : Bangalore

Key Deliverables:

• Responsible for budgeting business financials, reporting, analysis and business controlling
• Responsible along with BA/BL Manager to reach the yearly targets
• Monthly Rolling Forecast finalization
• Monthly and quarterly reporting as per HQ and Country requirements
• Ownership for Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
• Monitoring cost and revenue, execution of deals, reconciliation across reporting platforms
• Ensure adequate controllership oversight on all aspects of the business
• Deep knowledge and analysis of business transactions
• Interact with stakeholders for alignment, reconciliation and planning
• Financial reporting and analysis to various stakeholders to support decision making
• Support common topics relating to performance-controlling
• Lead and execute impactful projects
• Awareness and leverage of digital platforms for data analysis and management information
• Support automation and development of Management information systems
• Responsible/partnering for cost/process improvement projects specific to BA/BL
• Selling & General Administration expenses (SGA) Controlling
• Headcount Reporting and Analysis
• Reconciliation of numbers across reporting platforms

Experience & Qualification:

CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) and 7-10 years of experience post qualification

Key skills : Excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, communication & networking skills. Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint. Working knowledge in SAP preferred
