About the Job:


Do you have a keen eye for data and a passion for turning it into actionable insights? Are you a skilled communicator who can bridge the gap between data and business insights and reporting? If so, a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst role might be your perfect fit!


As part of Global Services Program Office’s BI Analyst, you'll be the bridge between data and decision-making. You'll play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from complex datasets and translating them into clear, concise reports and visualizations that empower business leaders to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect data from various sources (internal databases, internal surveys, tools, external market research, etc.), clean and organize it for analysis.
  • Data Mining and Modeling: Leverage data mining techniques and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
  • Report Creation and Visualization: Develop clear and compelling reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds. Experience with Tableau and Power BI is a huge plus.
  • KPIs and Metrics Definition: Collaborate with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards strategic and operational goals.
  • Identify Business Needs: Partner with different functions to understand their business needs and translate those needs into actionable data queries and reports.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc requests from business users, providing data-driven insights on specific topics or issues.
  • Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data to maintain data integrity and reliable reporting. Identify and act on opportunities to improve data quality standards, including the use of automations.
  • Stay Current with BI Tools: Stay up-to-date on the latest BI tools and technologies to leverage them effectively for data analysis and reporting.

What You’ll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable way to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in SQL querying, data analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and methodologies.
