Principal Accountabilities:
· Managing and heading overall functions of the business unit (back office).
· Support in establishing the business unit (license, office, team formation).
· Overview HR and back-end Operations.
· Liaise and support UAE / KSA office for Recruitment, Campaigns, Onboarding, HR Administration, Employee Relations, PR and Payroll.
· Keep up with market developments, competitor activity, and industry trends.
· Monitor and manage all aspects of HR and admin department.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures.
· Ensure expected company and client standards are reached.
· Ensure team are working together effectively.
· Ensure operations at minimal cost.
· Ensure all legal compliance are met in terms of business operations.
· Compliance, Policies, Administration and Public Relations.
· Identify potential clients for headhunting business in India.
· Provide management reports to the HQ.
