Summary: As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design and implement new business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP SD. - Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes. - Knowledge of SAP SD configuration and customization. - Experience in managing and coordinating project activities. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Experience with SAP integration with other modules. - Knowledge of SAP best practices.
