We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in the Communications industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
. Identify potential clients and decision makers within the target market
. Research and analyze sales options and follow up with leads
. Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion
. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
. Provide regular updates and reports on sales and business development activities
Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
