We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in lead generation and market surveys to join our team in Nagpur. This role requires an individual who understands the nuances of the educational sector, has experience with Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing techniques, and is skilled in driving brand awareness. Local candidates with a strong network in the education sector are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels to expand our client base within the educational sector, using a data-driven approach.
ATL and BTL Survey Management: Conduct comprehensive ATL and BTL surveys to understand market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities in the education domain.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, institutions, and other key stakeholders to foster partnerships and ensure long-term growth.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze survey data and market research insights to develop targeted strategies for business growth and increased brand awareness.
Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation and survey findings with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities, survey results, and conversion rates, providing insights to refine and optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the educational sector.
Sector Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the education sector, specifically in lead generation and market surveys.
Local Candidates Preferred: Familiarity with the Nagpur market and a local network in the educational sector is advantageous.
