Job Title: Business Development Manager – Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our energy analytics portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the energy analytics portfolio.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in industries seeking energy management solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their energy management needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at various levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Organize and manage customer events, workshops, and seminars to promote energy analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, ensuring they align with client needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in energy management and analytics.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in the energy analytics segment.

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in energy analytics, energy management, or a related field.
  • Strong background in client handling, building relationships, and understanding customer needs.
  • Experience in creating and delivering high-quality presentations and pitches to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to organize and manage customer events, including webinars, workshops, and in-person events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in energy analytics or related industries such as sustainability, ESG, or digitalization.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of ESG trends, carbon neutrality, and the role of data analytics in sustainability efforts.
