Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and close business deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions for reporting and analysis.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Skills Required:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of market research, business trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
