Develop the NXP Secure Identification, Payment, Smart Mobility, IoT and RFID business primarily in the India sub-region covering India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
Build alliances with local partners in the target region active on all segment of the value chain (OEMs, inlay & card makers, system integrators, SW houses, payment schemes and service providers, consultants, incubators, governments)
Be a core part of the BD Team, measured on BD quotas/targets as set by the Director of Business Development and Regional Marketing
Develop relationships with standardization and certification bodies Focus on Indonesia, support South Asia region
Develop & deploy Go-To-Market strategies per country and per business segment to drive profitable growth
Achieve Design Win targets
Introduce new products and solutions to your target audience from the Smart Cities portfolio.
Manage relationships with strategic stakeholders such as public authorities
Explore business opportunity for NXP in new business domains including services
Provide intelligence and proposals to other colleagues including sales management
Make presentations at selected public events ○ Work with distribution to drive Rest of Market business \
Grow NXP’s Smart Cities and IoT businesses
Job Qualification:
Education: Bachelor degree of Engineering required
10+ years’ relevant working experience • Familiar with Security & Connectivity, IoT markets.
Business oriented and end to end entrepreneurial thinking
Acting remotely for most of the time, independent and self-motivated • Strong, confident, and clear communication skills.
Ability to deal with different personalities (also push back on things that need attention).
Thrives in a high-pressure environment and accepts absolute personal responsibility to deliver what is expected.
Proven ability to prioritize, to be flexible, able to multitask and meet deadlines. Team player as well as able to work independently, not afraid to make decisions.
