Job Summary:


The Business Development executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities


and fostering relationships with potential clients to drive company growth and revenue. This role


involves strategic planning, market research, prospecting, and networking to identify and


capitalise on business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


● Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.


● Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.


● Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.


● Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.


● Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop effective client acquisition and retention strategies.


● Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.


● Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms.


● Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.● Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.


● Continuously improve the business development process and contribute to company growth.



Salary Structure/Payment Structure:


1. They will receive a minimum amount discussed with them after selection, starting minimum stipend is 10k and with experienced candidates minimum amount can be set accordingly.


2. For meeting the target line they will be receiving Rs 5000/- as incentive.


3. For crossing the target line they will again be receiving additional 5% on additional sales as incentive.
