Position Overview:
As the Business Development Executive for Dautom India, your mission is to drive the company's expansion by establishing and growing its IT staff augmentation and permanent placement business in the Indian market. T. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with major managed service providers and direct clients. Additionally, account management and service delivery involvement are vital aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the IT staffing and recruitment industry, with a successful track record in business development and market expansion.
Strong network and established relationships with major managed service providers, direct clients, and industry influencers.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven capability to understand client needs and deliver customized staffing solutions.
Strong analytical skills for market research and analysis.
Preferably a Female candidate.
Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred)
