Business Development & Delivery Lead – Technical Publication

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business acquisition strategy to expand our client base within the technical publication industry.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities that align with our portfolio and utilize latest technology effectively.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure their satisfaction through exceptional service and project delivery.
•  Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of technical writers and editors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client proposal to final content delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging technologies like GenAI, XR, Interactive 3D, keeping our service offerings at the forefront of the market
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize workflows and improve the efficiency of technical documentation creation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze project data to ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and technology to ensure seamless project execution.
• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Master's degree in business development is preferred)
• Proven track record of success in business acquisition and sales within the technical publication industry (10+ years)
• Strong understanding of the technical documentation landscape, including current trends and emerging technologies like GenAI, interactive 3D, AR/VR.·      
• Experience in managing and leading a team of technical writers and editors.·      
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget goals.·      
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality control.·      
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.·      
• Proficiency in relevant software like content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools.·      
• Familiarity with technical publication and service manuals, style guides and best practices.·      
• A passion for technology and a willingness to embrace innovative solutions.
