Job Description

Specific Duties/Responsibilities -


· Build new B2B Channels for growth for UrbanPro.com.


· Reach out to prospective partners, establish a strong relationship, get them on-boarded.


· Constantly innovate with various solutions and adopt the ones that work.


· Take revenue responsibility from the on-boarded partners.


Skills/Experience Requirements -


  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and other potential partners.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the education market, especially the needs and challenges of schools and educational institutions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms and conditions to secure beneficial deals for both the company and its partners.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education/Other Pre-Requisites -


Graduate (Preferred: B.Tech, BE, BSc or MBA)
