Introduction As an IBM Business Analyst, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. The Business Analyst has system-wide responsibility on complex, integrated projects, leveraging knowledge of application development methodologies and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions and provide direction for entire programs, projects or project teams. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of Salesforce platforms. You will be a techno functional team member, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Participates with business stakeholders to solicit end user requirements, gains understanding of the purposes or goals of various processes, offerings or practices.
Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
Understand basic UI concepts and User Experience.
Help create and maintain user and technical documentation around requirements.
Articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, visual, and impactful manner.

Excellent communication (written and oral), storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Excellent business experience and insights. Domain experience in one of the following areas would be beneficial (FSS, Manufacturing, CPG/Retail)
