Summary: As a Business and Integration Architect, you will work directly with the client to gather requirements and align technology with business strategy and goals. You will be an expert in your field, providing deep functional or industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of business and technology solutions. - Identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain architectural frameworks, standards, and guidelines. - Ensure the integration of systems and services across the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional. - Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies. - Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops. - Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis. - Experience in documenting and managing business requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
