Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in UiPath to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business process analysis, process automation, and working closely with technical teams to deliver robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using UiPath, and ensuring the successful implementation of automated workflows that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and define functional specifications for RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with RPA developers to design automation workflows, ensure they meet business requirements, and optimize processes for efficiency and scalability.
• UiPath Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for UiPath-related automation projects, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, technical specifications, and user stories to guide development teams and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and outcomes.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions, ensuring the accuracy and performance of automated processes, and supporting post-implementation reviews.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand the capabilities and benefits of the implemented RPA solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze the performance of automated processes and identify opportunities for further enhancements and optimizations.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all automation solutions comply with internal governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA (UiPath).
  • Proven experience in analyzing and documenting business processes, creating process maps, and defining requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath tools and platform for automating workflows.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to sprints and iterative development cycles.
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in UiPath (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional).
• Experience in business process reengineering (BPR) or business transformation.
• Knowledge of other RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
