Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in wealth management and expertise in client onboarding processes, particularly in KYC (Know Your Customer). The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in writing technical specifications and understanding technology stacks, including REST APIs, to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
Software Requirements:- Proficient in writing requirementsfor KYC processes related to the onboarding of high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to understand and document technical specificationsrelated to application interfaces and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with wealth management systemsand processes.
Overall Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to wealth management and client onboarding.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement specifications and technical documentation for KYC processes.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes and ensure they align with business goals.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate requirements and gather feedback.
Technical Skills:- Business Analysis Tools:Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar for documentation and project management.
- Technical Understanding:Knowledge of REST APIs, application interfaces, and technical specifications.
- Documentation Skills:Proficient in creating clear and concise requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Wealth Management Knowledge:Understanding of wealth management concepts, KYC regulations, and client onboarding processes.
Experience:- Minimum of5 years of experienceas a Business Analyst, with a focus on wealth management topics.
- Proven experience in writing requirements for KYC processes and onboarding high-net-worth clients.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
- Write detailed technical specifications and requirements documents for KYC and onboarding processes.
- Review and validate application interface specifications to ensure they meet business needs.
- Participate in meetings with development teams to clarify requirements and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies and industry trends.
