About the team:
FIS is looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced Business Analyst to our growing team. The role of the BA is to provide support, analyze and elaborate Business requirements to story and use cases and provide support to DEV/QA team in their queries.
What you will be doing:
- Knowledge of the financial payments industry standards, requirements and card schemes.
- Knowledge of AS2805 standards, ISO 8583 standards, Payment Systems, Switching Systems, Back Office platforms (Highly desirable)
- Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in application Business Analysis
- Knowledge and use of quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets needs of client/business partner
What you bring:
- Overall experience of 7-10 years
- 6+ years of Business Analyst Experience
- Hands on experience into AS2805 standards, ISO 8583 standards, Payment Systems, Switching Systems, Back Office platforms
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time)
- Coaches and mentors junior business systems analysts. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires six or more years of demonstrated business systems analysis experience with at least one project as the business systems analyst lead on a “large” project, i.e., a project with duration of more than 6,000 hours or spanning more than 4 months.
