About the Role:


As HR Business Analyst in our Bangalore-based HR Shared Services Centre, you’ll be an integral part of delivering an exceptional HR customer experience. You will be part of Service Excellence team that is responsible for Automations to improve business processes by designing, developing, implementing new processes, and ensuring that changes are well managed as well as well communicated. The team ensure to create a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and strive to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Analysis:
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Document and communicate business needs and functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve HR processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to design and implement system enhancements.
  • Create detailed process maps and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to perform more effective and efficient business operations
  • Automation Projects:
  • Identify opportunities for automation within HR processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline HR operations.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
  • Provide training and support to HR teams on new automation tools.
  • Participate in backlog refinement to continuously review, sequence, prioritise, uncover dependencies and validate boundaries
  • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions
  • Support teams on business process impacts, user acceptance testing, training and change management
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other departments.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
  • Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Experience & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a business/systems analyst, systems support, consulting, or related experience in HR Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an HR shared services environment.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development
  • Experience working with cross-border teams in a virtual environment
