Job Location - Gurgaon (On site)
As part of the Reconciliation IT team at Saxo, you will be responsible for carrying out all change management processes, conducting deep dives on daily business activities to identify improvement opportunities, reducing manual work, and improving Straight Through Processing (STP). You will drive projects, write requirements, and report directly under the COO’s organization, ensuring that Saxo effectively manages and mitigates the risks associated with business activities.
Responsibilities
Establish best practices for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to implement changes and developments.
Follow up with stakeholders to clarify requirements and highlight blockers.
Provide walkthroughs of new products and changes to the business.
Build a strong understanding of platforms and tools.
Participate in various projects for system enhancements.
Manage the Book of Work.
Drive continual improvement of the Reconciliation process.
Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
Ensure all changes are delivered and accepted by operations.
Learn and implement new reconciliations efficiently.
Prepare and maintain the department roadmap.
Your Profile
As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic.Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
Known for your product knowledge of all investment market instruments and reconciliation implementation, with 7 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactively review and research issues, and communicate their status with stakeholders
Comfortable with leading communications and challenging the status quo when necessary.
Support the identification of team priorities based on the criticality of items.
Exposure to workflow/business processes related to back and middle office operations, payments, cash management, SQL, etc
Familiar with SDLC practices and possess an agile mindset.
Attention to detail, ability to see different perspectives, and summarize issues clearly. A team player with a flexible mindset
