About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on GBS Business Analyst, to support our Global Payroll team in maintenance and support of payroll systems activities associated with all aspects of payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP Global View and Workday payroll systems. This role will report to the Sr Mgr, Global Payroll Programs.
What You'll Do:
Assist in business requirements gathering, accurately translating the needs to system functional requirements, and supporting the Global Payroll team in supporting the development projects.
Provides/designs ad-hoc and standard payroll reports to in ADP Global View, ADP Celergo, and/or Workday Payroll
Identify opportunities for automation and systems integration to enhance payroll operations, M&A, and drive efficiency gains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to align on payroll objectives, implement best practices, and achieve system efficiencies.
Acquires and retains in-depth knowledge of payroll and time and attendance system rules, table structure, and processing to effectively manage and resolve integration issues or incorrect calculations.
Develop solutions to complex Payroll Systems situations or projects that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Participate in all aspects of Payroll System implementations from project initiation through implementation
Must be able to provide advice and counsel relative to best practices for Payroll and Time and labor, educating users on the different benefits and capabilities of technologies/Functionality
Perform ad-hoc projects and other department tasks as assigned
What You'll Do:
Must have a general, effective understanding of payroll processing and related system activities and tax laws.
Five or more years of experience with all aspects of Payroll configuration/processing with an ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and Workday Payroll
Five or more years of experience in report writing
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of implementing process optimisation initiatives and driving system efficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a demanding environment coupled with good organization and communication skills
Expertise in payroll software systems, data analysis tools, and advanced Excel skills.
Solid knowledge of ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and Workday, a plus.
Work Location: Pune, IND
Shift Time: 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST
