About the Role:


As a Business Analyst specialising in Requirement Gathering and Documentation, you will play a crucial role in assisting our organization's project teams by collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into comprehensive and actionable documentation. This offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business analysis and contribute to the success of our projects.


Job Responsibilities:


Application Support


● Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to identify and gather business requirements for various projects.


● Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements from stakeholders.


● Analyze gathered information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges in requirements.


● Create clear and concise requirement documents, including functional and non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.


● Assist in the prioritization and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.


● Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure accurate interpretation and understanding of requirements.


● Support the resolution of any requirement-related conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.


● Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure that requirements are translated accurately into the final solution.


● Maintain and update requirement documentation as needed throughout the project lifecycle
