Business Analyst II

What you will be doing

We are looking for a Business Analyst II. Your main role will be to work on and with the CashPlus system within the Transfer Agency business. You will add, maintain, delete information in this critical system.  

• Maintaining the CashPlus system (this is the system that holds all banking information for our clients and allows money movement.
  • Add new funds, new accounts.
  • Delete funds, delete accounts.
  • Map rules to new and existing funds accounts
• Maintain procedures on the CashPlus system.
• Work as backup to your team members: FISTA (main transfer agency system that holds shareholder information along with trading platform)
  • Fund Rules
  • Building Macros
• Work as backup to your team members: system access to reset passwords and set up users for access to various systems.
• Require Business Analyst in Transfer Agency Profile
• Looking for 3 years of experience or more into BA role

Require knowledge on the below details

Application user administration (creation of user, giving them roles, password resets etc)

Production Support for Transfer agency, Treasury applications Level 1, basic troubleshooting, triage

Customer support on tech issues, managing tickets

What you bring:

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills in a challenging environment
• An inventive mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Bonus if you have:

• Knowledge of the mutual fund industry
• Proficiency in PowerPoint

Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment with broad implication to the business. May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Typically requires four or more years business analysis experience.
