• Analyses understand and documents business processes in detail where required.
• Identifies and communicates technical infrastructure requirements.
• Experience in automation tools like Selenium etc.. is a plus.
• Design automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Configures new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Creates and maintains solution documentation.
• Ability to plan and monitor according to the needs of the project and the team.
• Mentors colleagues through the training and accreditation programs providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
• Problem solves issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provides timely responses and solutions as required.
• Works within project planning constraints communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
• Supports the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
• Insurance domain knowledge preferred

• 0-4 years of experience
• A desire to work collaboratively in an empowered, small, cross-functional team
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong inclination towards learning
• Good requirement gathering and elicitation skills.
• Motivated to work in insurance domain
