Your Tasks Will Include:- Act as a Business Analyst in a system implementation setting, aiding in the successful deployment of ServiceNow.
- Utilize your understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints to aid project deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to draft thorough Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Ensure the system development team accurately grasps the business needs detailed in the BRD.
- Create detailed training materials for ServiceNow functionalities connected to project deliverables.
- Work alongside trainers to ensure effective delivery of training content to end users.
- Facilitate UAT processes to verify that system developments meet business requirements.
- Forge and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to align expectations and project goals.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet rapid project deadlines.
To be a good fit for the Business Analyst role, you will have:- Minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, with substantial experience in system implementations. Prior ServiceNow project experience is highly favored.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and limitations.
- Proficiency in creating detailed and clear BRDs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Competency in preparing and conveying training content to trainers.
- Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication and service.
- Ability to navigate tight deadlines and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Excellent team player with experience in cross-functional cooperation.
