We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Magnati team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business requirements for digital initiatives, ensuring that our digital products meet user needs and business objectives.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.
User Story Development: Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows to effectively communicate requirements to technical teams.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Performance Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of digital products and make recommendations for improvements.
Testing Support: Support the development and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Training Facilitation: Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to digital solutions.
Software Requirements:
Data Analysis: Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is advantageous.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
