What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Business Systems Analysis support for larger / more complex areas of the business.
• Leads discussions and requirements gathering with business and technology partners to elicit, define and understand key process-related challenges and priorities.
• Reviews and refines business requirements and use cases to ensure they are clear, concise and traceable.
• Performs process and method analysis, helping define potential enhancements and performance / productivity solutions.
• Contributes to solution project development, helping identify impacted stakeholders, document assumptions and assess the impact of systems changes to users and to internal and external clients.
• Identifies potential risks and pitfalls, articulating possible resolution strategies.
• Conducts system requirement reviews with project stakeholders.
• Works with technical colleagues to ensure close alignment and collaboration throughout design, development and implementation processes.
• Develops and provides status reports for project progress, issues, dependencies and risks.
• Anticipates future requirements to ensure successful outcomes.
• Safeguards and protects business and user needs by verifying functionality, accuracy and completeness against the original requirements.
• Minimizes risk by ensuring requirements are being met before investing further in system development.
• Business case development for proposed system enhancements and/or new process development.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Academic Qualification - BE/MCA/BSc/BCA
Candidate must have experience in the Air Cargo Domain and should have worked on Airline Cargo IT Systems
Experience
Over all 5 + Years and minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience in the Air Cargo domain . Having an exposure to Freight forwarders operations is nice to have
Other Skills -
Working knowledge of the Air Cargo Industry trends, business process and geographical requirements End-to-end knowledge of the Air Cargo Business Worked on Air Cargo IT systems and solutions and has the ability to map the business requirements to IT system Has been involved in requirement elicitation, preparation of Functional Specification Document, Use Case document, Design and Solutions documents Should possess strong analytical skills with ability to recommend simple solutions in complex areas

Review of Change Requests initiated by customer Ensure compliance to Industry standards in Product Design and Customer expectation Provide consultancy services to customers to address the business concerns Prepare high level solution documents, feature documents with focus on core Product functions and features Recommend ‘best-fit’ approach to minimize multiple parameters settings for each Airline Customer Exposur to Agile process and worked in Jira, Create user stories, features, Epics, help documents, functional specification. Conduct Internal and External Workshops Functional Testing / Assisting business users with functional testing of the solution against business requirements.
Soft Skills Expected –
Good communication skills, confident disposition with ability to challenge existing process against standards and recommend industry best practices.
