Requirements Gathering - Work with experienced Business Analysts to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Support in the documentation of the Business Requirements from and for the Project Stakeholders
Process Modelling – Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to business processes and procedures ensuring compliance with the project’s quality standards. Work with teams across the business to map processes and controls and support the identification of areas of improvement.
Business Analysis - Collaborate with operational and project teams to identify solutions to business processes and problems. Support testing to ensure that the solution meets business requirements.
Facilitation - Support the Business Analyst in workshop preparation.
Stakeholder Management and Engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
