Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. User Support:


  • Provide Level-1 issue resolution for internal business products.
  • Offer front-line support to end users and triage issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Resolve user issues by clarifying and analyzing root causes, researching solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.

2. Product Improvement:


  • Identify and document application defects (bugs) based on user feedback, testing, and monitoring.
  • Recognize patterns and trends in user issues to reduce recurrences.

3. Product Testing:


  • Conduct thorough product testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Document and report identified bugs, issues, and test results clearly and in detail.

4. Documentation:


  • Develop and update support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of support interactions, resolutions, best practices, and escalations.

  • Articulate and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
