Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document reporting requirements and deliver practical reporting solutions.
Data Analysis: Collaborate with colleagues across different areas to gather and analyze data to understand AS-IS process and provide actionable insights for partner reporting.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and outcomes. Prepare documentation for partner communication.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to leverage technology for better reporting solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
Develop and maintain reporting tools and systems to streamline processes
Present findings and recommendations to partners and senior management
YOUR PROFILE
You are an analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable communicating complex information clearly to various stakeholders. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work independently to meet tight deadlines. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial in this role.
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
Experience required at least 5-7 Years into Business Analyst role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a reporting or analytics team.
